Molded nylon flat belt idler Nylon pulley from Efson, Inc., of Wilmington, NC, are used on the Nylon pulley commercial 186 Sweeper/Scrubber from Minneapolis, MN-based Tennant, offering Nylon pulley reversibility in the appliance not possible with the Nylon pulley system used previously.

"Our reversible sweepers feature a patented Nylon pulley, two-belt drive system that provides a smooth, instantaneous shift from neutral to forward or reverse, Nylon pulley all in the same space needed for forward-only drive systems on other sweepers," Nylon pulley explained Mike Blehert, a member of the OEM's engineering department. In the two-belt systems, two sets of belt idler pulleys--one set fixed.
